These earrings are an exploration of mixed media and a new take on a favorite childhood pastime. Fabricated from original colored pencil sketches, shrink plastic, glossy resin, sterling silver and fine silver and accented with 3mm, flush-set white sapphires.

Whimsical and edgy at the same time, these evoke feelings of nostalgia, remind us not to take ourselves too seriously and encourage the embrace of life’s simple pleasures.

Close to 2.5 inches in length and 9g each in weight. Stamped with my maker’s mark.

Note, the sapphires came from two different lots and are slightly different from one another… C’est la vie! (Such is life!)
