Shipping policy 

Each piece purchased is wrapped with great care. Packages are sent out Wed-Sat. Please allow up to three business days to ship from the time you place your order.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking.

International shipping is through UPS, subsidized and available at a flat rate. Transit time may vary depending on destination.

Shira Hanna Designs cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Your selection will be thoughtfully packaged, accompanied by a jewelry care card and will arrive ready for gifting. A polishing cloth and anti-tarnish strips will be included with non-oxidized pieces.

Please email shirahannadesigns@gmail.com after placing your order if you wish to include a custom gift note. 

Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Please first email to initiate a return. Shira Hanna Designs is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged during transit.

After 7 days, all orders are final sale.

All custom orders are final sale at the time of purchase.
